FIGHT AGAINST GBV, SEA, AND DRUG ABUSE

At UNIPEDEV, we believe in the economic empowerments of girls/women and youths as a perfect measure in the fight against GBV, SEA and Drug Abuse.

“As part of the UN’s new strategy to combat sexual exploitation and abuse, this issue is for the first time being acknowledged as a system-wide one, which requires a common approach. Therefore, as part of his strategy, the Secretary-General has asked Agencies, Funds and Programs to adopt new measures and strengthen existing ones to better prevent, detect, report and take action against personnel, who commit these inexcusable and abhorrent acts.”

UNIPEDEV in one of its measures to prevent, detect, report and take action against SEA, GBV and Drug abuse, has opened its wide vocational training center for all girls/ women and youths who wish to come out of poverty and make a difference in their world.
